Falling Star

Imagine that you are outside at night and you see a falling star streak across the sky. At first, you might see the falling star as a tangible, permanent object with a clear form and identity. However, if you were to think more deeply about the falling star, you would realize that it is not a static, permanent object at all.
In fact, the falling star is constantly changing and in a state of transition. It may have originated from a distant galaxy millions of years ago or it may be the result of a comet passing near Earth. Once it enters Earths atmosphere, it becomes a bright streak of light due to the heat of friction with the atmosphere. Eventually, the falling star burns up completely, and it dissolves back into the elements from which it was made.
If you were to examine the falling star more closely, you would find that there is no inherent self-nature or essence to the falling star. It is simply a collection of elements and conditions that are constantly changing and in flux.
This recognition of emptiness can help us to see the world in a different way, enabling us to let go of our attachment to fixed ideas and identities. It can also help us to understand the nature of impermanence and the interconnectedness of all beings and phenomena. By recognizing and embracing the concept of emptiness, we can cultivate greater wisdom, compassion, and freedom in our lives.
