Pulsating Heartbeat

Imagine that you are sitting in meditation and you start to focus on your heartbeat. You might think that your heartbeat is a solid, permanent part of your body, but if you pay close attention, you will realize that it is not a static, permanent object. Your heartbeat is constantly changing and is dependent on various factors for its existence.
For example, your heartbeat is influenced by your breathing, your emotions, and your physical activity. It is also made up of various parts, such as the chambers and valves of your heart, which are themselves made up of smaller parts.
If you were to examine your heartbeat more closely, you would find that there is no inherent self-nature or essence to it. It is simply a collection of parts that are dependent on various conditions for their existence.
This recognition of emptiness can help us to see that our sense of self and identity is also empty and dependent on various conditions. We are not fixed, permanent beings, but rather we are constantly changing and evolving with the world around us. Embracing this emptiness can help us to let go of our attachment to fixed ideas and identities, which can lead to greater peace, wisdom, and freedom in our lives.
